I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. When I made my appointment, I specifically explained that I wanted Hollywood glamour waves and was assured that I would be booked with a stylist who was familiar and experienced with creating this style. When I arrived, I was paired with Hailey. I showed her several reference photos, and she told me she had done this style before and that it was “super easy.” Unfortunately, what happened over the next two hours made it very clear that she was not comfortable or experienced with this type of styling. After approximately 70 minutes and multiple attempts at curling my entire head—at least four times—Hailey finally turned to the stylist next to her and said, “I can’t get her hair to hold a curl. What do I do?” At that point, I was shocked. If my hair needed to be curled and pinned to properly set the style, I don’t understand why this wasn’t done from the beginning. Another stylist eventually had to step in and show her how to pin my hair, and additional help was needed from a second stylist. After approximately 90 minutes, I was finally placed under the dryer with my curls pinned. By this point, I honestly wanted to cry. My hair had been subjected to repeated heat for so long that it smelled burned, felt frayed and damaged, and I had already spent an hour and a half watching the stylist struggle with a service I had specifically been assured she knew how to perform. After nearly two hours, I left with soft beach waves—not even close to the Hollywood glamour waves I booked and showed in my reference photos. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that I specifically called ahead to make sure I would be scheduled with someone capable of doing this style. Had I been told the salon did not have someone experienced with this particular look or with my hair type, I would have completely understood and booked elsewhere. I should never have been paired with an inexperienced stylist for a specialized style after being explicitly assured otherwise. I trusted the salon’s recommendation, and instead I left extremely disappointed, with hair that feels damaged from excessive heat and without the style I paid for. Given the condition of my hair and the fact that the requested service was not provided as promised, I will be disputing the charge. This was an incredibly upsetting experience, especially when it could have been avoided by simply being honest with me when I booked the appointment.

Kelly N is the best. I’ve been having facials with her for years and always feel so good when I leave. I love her advice on little things I can do to improve my skin.

Got charged for a wash cut blow dry. She didn’t even blow dry my daughter’s hair. Didn’t even ask if she wanted angles in the front. I had to ask. Overall I felt like we were being rushed out of the chair. It was her first haircut and I was excited. I wish we went to a different salon because I think the experience would have been much better. I ended up coming home and cutting her hair myself because it wasn’t even at all.

Most professional and experienced stylist, is Doreen (owner) at Davinci Salon. She knows color techniques and just an overall wonderful stylist! I’ve been going to her coming up on 10 years. Her updos are outstanding! She’s done my wedding hair and my daughter’s wedding parties. You don’t have to worry about it falling out no matter how much dancing you do ;) Today was a retouch and eyebrow waxing. She always offers you something to drink and makes sure you are comfortable while you process. If I could give her 100 🌟 I would!

The facial was wonderful. I didn\'t care for the dermaplane. It felt rough and scratchy. Maybe the instrument was not newer. Erin was very nice and explained her techniques well.

Lindsay’s work was great as always and she’s a pleasure to spend time with.

I purchased a Groupon voucher for $139, which included partial highlights, a haircut, shampoo, and a blowout. However, by the end of my appointment, I had to pay an additional $92 for toner and a bowl of hair color. None of these extra charges were disclosed upfront. I was charged one amount at the salon, and after I had already left, they called me to say they had charged me incorrectly and that I needed to pay even more. In the end, buying the Groupon was not worth it because it ended up costing more than paying the salon’s regular price.
